What is stored

• Your email and a password hash (if you sign in with a Scorekin account). The password itself is never stored.
• What you add yourself: games, collection statuses, ratings, notes, plays, and the names of people you played with.
• Sign-in tokens for ChatGPT: access tokens last an hour, refresh tokens 60 days.

How it's used

Only to show and compute your collection and stats. Your data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone except the services below that Scorekin needs to run.

External services

• Hosting and database: Vercel, Turso, where the data above is stored.
• Wikipedia: only the game's name is sent, to find a cover image.
• ChatGPT receives the results of the tools it calls in your conversation.

How long it's kept

For as long as you use Scorekin. Expired tokens are removed automatically; everything else is removed when you delete your data.

Deletion and export

Ask ChatGPT to “export my Scorekin data” or “delete all my Scorekin data”. Deletion is permanent and removes your account. If that doesn't work, write to support@scorekin.app.

Scorekin is not intended for children under 13.
